Caution - this model add on sensor (CWPIR) will not work with the RWA-300R base staion. For the RWA-300A base, you want the PIR2-300R add on sensor. (I produced this mistake.)
This is an okay sensor. You have to be closer than it states to set it off. Definately, not as fantastic as "The Reporter" which is a wireless than I have had for more than five years. Tyring to get much more sensors that are "The Reporter", but they have evidently gone out of home business. The Chamberlain Reporter is not the same issue, so do not believe that it is. The Reporter is by the Reporter. Got fooled by that Chamberlain.
